Hypnotist Laura King was featured on an episode of the Rachael Ray show about conquering your fears.

Micheline was afraid of public speaking. She contacted Rachael Ray for help because she wanted to get over her fear of public speaking in order to take her business to the next level and feel more comfortable in her own skin.

Laura explained that hypnosis could help her overcome her fear. She helped Micheline enter a state of hypnosis and used positive affirmations and visualization.

After her session with Laura, Micheline said she felt relieved, hopeful, and energized. She said it was a remarkably great experience, and after meeting with Laura King she was able to able to stand at a podium in front of a room full of people and deliver a sales pitch with confidence and ease.
